HOW DOES THIS WORK ?

The DeepcryogenicTM Gel cross-linked polymers are specifically designed to preset required temperature for requisite duration.

Our specialized procedure then controls the process to ensure that the products are Super-FreshedTM to usable temperatures with minimum quality or functional loss. Active Insulation process ensures transport of all temperature sensitive materials at their optimum temperatures, without any fluctuation, or need for special logistics, hence being a cost effective yet flexible way of maintaining perishables at a fixed temperature for extended time periods.

THE PROBLEM

Any seafood lover would pick fresh seafood over a frozen option, anytime. This is because seafood frozen the traditional way can never be compared to fresh catch. However, fresh seafood, apart from being very seasonal, has limited shelf-life and is prone to spoilage due to salmonella, E. coli and Listeria breakouts. Frozen seafood, on the other hand, has a considerably more prolonged shelf-life, but does not taste as good because of the processes of freezing and thawing.

The DeepcryogenicTM uses Ozone and Ultra Violet (UV) lightbased technology, ensuring zero pathogen load, no chemical residue, and no change in taste, texture and color.

Proprietary liquid cooling technologies, between -195 °C to -40 °C, ensure that organic products, always retain their quality, taste, and nutritional value. The DeepcryogenicTM “ Super Ss” protocol – Super-Sterilization, Super-Freezing, and Super-FreshedTM, ensure that the final product is of optimum freshness and taste.
